Buying FAQ
How to order – Ordering via our website is the quickest and most efficient way to place your order. Our webstore is open for business 24/7.
If you prefer, you can also phone, fax, or email us your order.
Over the phone: Simply give us a call on 1300 760 140 and tell us what you would like to purchase. If you can't get a hold of us, just leave a quick message and we'll call you right back.
To fax your order, simply jot down what you'd like to 07 3036 4609. We'll email you, or ring you (whichever you prefer) to confirm your order and payment options.
Email your order to sales@clubbaby.com.au. We will get back to you to confirm your order and payment.
Methods of Payment – We have several methods of payment available so to be sure there is one to suit.
Credit card – Visa and Mastercard, we have chosen to use the Paypal gateway to process all credit card transactions to ensure the highest level of security for our customers. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with your Visa or Mastercard.
Paypal – we also accept payment from your paypal account
Direct deposit – If you would like to transfer payment directly from your bank account, please pay into the following account, using your order number as a reference.

Please note that depending upon the time of day that you make the transfer it can take up to two days for us to be able to see your payment. Unfortunately we cannot despatch your order, until your payment has appeared in our account.

Layby - If you wish to place items on layby, please complete your order and select layby as your payment method. Initial deposits and subsequent payments can be paid via direct deposit, credit card over the phone or your paypal account by sending funds to orders@freeridedistribution.com.au. Please read the following terms and conditions.
1. A minimum purchase of $75 is required and cannot include disposable nappies and baby wipes.
2. A deposit to the value of 20% of the total purchase price is required
to begin a lay-by.
3. Payments are to be made fortnightly.
4. Lay-bys should not exceed a 6 week period.
5. Failure to complete payments in the specified time makes the goods and
the 20% deposit liable for forfeiture.
6. A lay-by can be cancelled by the purchaser within the 6 week period
however the 20% deposit is payable as a cancellation fee.
7. Lay-by parcels cannot be broken or transferred without the 20% deposit
being paid as a cancellation fee.
8. Lay-by items cannot be exchanged or refunded after the lay-by has been
finalised and collected. This condition does not affect your statutory
rights.
Out of stock items – If an item you purchase is temporarily out of stock or unavailable we will contact immediately to suggest an alternative. If you would like to purchase something displaying as out of stock on our site, please email us and we will let you know when it is available or order the item in for you.

Below is a general sizing guideline
0000 Newborn up to 4kg
000 0-3 months 4 – 6kg
00 3-6 months 6 – 8kg
0 6 – 12 months 8 – 10kg
1 12 – 18 months 10 - 12kg
2 2 years 12 - 14kg
Returns and exchanges – We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and are happy to offer an exchange or refund for unsuitable items within 30 days of purchase. We are also happy to exchange unsuitable gifts for something more suitable. We cannot except returns for seasonal items after the season has ended or sale items that are not longer stocked.
The item being returned must be in original condition, unused and/or unworn, labels intact and in original packaging.
Except in the case of a faulty item, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to Club Baby, we recommend a traceable mode of delivery as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced. In the case of an exchange an additional postage charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.
To organise an exchange or refund contact us here, providing the relevant information on the form and a Return Authorisation number will be issued along with the appropriate steps
Faulty items - .Faulty items are rare, however should you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately to discuss appropriate action. We can offer an exchange, or refund should the product be unavailable. Faulty or damaged items need to be reported within 7 days.
The above policy in no way affects your statutory rights.
